Booking, contact, and interest-list forms collect the parent or adult player’s name, player’s age, email address, training interest, and any other fields you complete. Depending on the form, these may include the player’s name, phone number, experience, goals, scheduling preferences, and message. Please do not include medical records or other sensitive information.
How information is used
Coach Alex uses submissions to respond to questions, discuss training needs, arrange sessions, and contact people who joined the small-group interest list about future opportunities. A form submission does not reserve a session or authorize a payment. The website does not sell inquiry information or use it for advertising targeting.
Storage and service providers
Submissions are stored in the website’s database on ChatGPT Sites infrastructure using Cloudflare. Access to the inquiry inbox is restricted to Coach Alex’s authorized account. Resend sends email alerts to Coach Alex with the request type, training interest, scheduling preferences, and a request reference. Names, contact details, and free-text messages are not included in these alerts. Email and hosting providers process information needed to operate their services.
Payments and outside links
Payment buttons take you to Stripe Checkout. This website does not collect or store your full card number or card security code. Stripe processes payment information under its own privacy policy. Instagram and Facebook links open separate services whose privacy policies apply when you visit them.
Browser storage and technical information
The website saves your English or Spanish preference in your browser’s local storage. You can change it with the language selector or remove it by clearing this site’s browser data. The site does not load advertising pixels or analytics scripts. Hosting and sign-in services may use essential cookies and process technical information, such as IP addresses and request logs, for delivery and security. The inquiry database stores a hashed version of the submitting IP address to limit repeated requests, along with submission times and delivery status.
Parents and young players
These forms are intended for parents, guardians, and adult players. A parent or guardian should submit information for anyone under 18. Children should not submit their own contact information. If you believe a child submitted personal information without a parent or guardian, contact Coach Alex so the record can be reviewed and removed as appropriate.
Retention and your choices
The site does not currently apply an automatic deletion schedule to inquiries. Saved requests remain available to Coach Alex until removed. You can ask to review, correct, or delete information you submitted, or ask to leave the small-group interest list, by emailing the address below. We may need to confirm that the request relates to you or a child in your care. Payment and service providers manage their own records under their policies.
